LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR LOW-INCOME, AT-RISK HOMEOWNERS
FINANCIAL PROTECTION LAW CENTER
We assist low-income homeowners in preventing mortgage foreclosures, mobile home repossessions, and property tax foreclosures. We also help eligible homeowners apply for help from the NC Housing Finance Agency’s Homeowner Assistance Fund.

HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM
PISGAH LEGAL SERVICES
We assist in mortgage, tax, and HOA foreclosures as well as in other matters that threaten home ownership such as rent to own and foreclosure rescue scams. We will also help eligible homeowners to apply for help from the NC Housing Finance Agency’s Homeowner Assistance Fund. We also help renters access rental assistance and other community supports.
