The North Carolina Association of Black Lawyers Land Loss Prevention Project (LLPP) is a non-profit law firm that assists low-resourced individuals and families in North Carolina by providing direct legal representation, technical assistance, and education to protect their homes, land, farms, and rural livelihoods from loss or diminution and to advance the progress of small farm businesses. The LLPP also works with state, regional, and national coalitions that support new agriculture practices, sustainable development, environmental equity, and policy innovations in the food system. A focus is expanding access to environmental incentive and conservation programs.
